A backlit camera turns each stone into a clean silhouette, measured for length, width, and length-to-width ratio across round and fancy shapes — pear, marquise, oval, baguette, taper.

Precise Calibration Algorithms

Shape-wise calibration, camera distortion and magnification correction for dot-accurate calibration across all shapes.

LED-Guided Bin Sorting

The matching size bin lights up automatically, so any operator simply drops each stone where it glows — consistent sorting with minimal training.
